Project Management

For firms that have already selected a system, or who are working directly with a vendor, we provide independent project management. We keep the project on track, coordinate stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and make sure nothing falls through the gaps.

Full Implementation

End-to-end delivery for firms who want a single point of accountability. We manage the process from scoping and configuration through to data migration, workflow setup, document automation, user acceptance testing, and go-live. Where document assembly and workflow automation are relevant, these are built into the implementation from the outset rather than treated as an afterthought.

Post Go-Live Support

Going live is not the finish line. Our standard implementation engagements include twelve months of ongoing support and training, giving your team the confidence to embed new ways of working and get the most from the system over time.

Training

We deliver tailored training programs for all levels — from administrators and billing staff through to fee earners and principals. Our training is practical and role-specific, not generic.
